FW PM(Power Tech)

Responsibilities

• Leading and working alongside a team of skilled Firmware Developers and QA Engineers to build applications for IT products, including web and mobile platforms that run on UniFi.
• Coordinate with other teams like HW, SW, UX, Support team throughout the project lifecycle
• Assigning tasks, setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring high-quality output.
• Monitoring the quality and execution of the project.
• Negotiating with stakeholders and other parties involved in the project.

Requirement

• Over 7 years of experience in Software Development roles and minimum 5 years of experience in Software Product or Project Management roles.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle and testing processes.
• Experience in analyzing information and making data driven decisions.
• Professional interest in IT products and emerging technologies.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in problem-solving and data analysis.
• Highly proficient in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experienced in project management for embedded firmware projects like power infrastructure, such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), PDUs, Redundant Power Supplies (RPS), Smart Meters and Powerwall.
• Experience in JIRA will be considered as an advantage.
• Open-minded and positive attitude.
• Familiarity with UniFi products as an active user.
