About the Role:
Ubiquiti Poland is looking for talented Senior UX/UI Designer with at least 5 years of professional experience designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with product, development, and design teams to craft intuitive, delightful, and impactful experiences across our product portfolio.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for digital products (web and mobile)
  • Strong proficiency with Figma (or similar modern design tools)
  • Solid understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and visual design
  • Ability to ideate and develop thoughtful, user-centered design solutions and advocate for them confidently
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Self-driven with strong ownership of design work and deliverables
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:
  • Knowledge or interest in IT, networking, or wireless technologies
  • Experience with motion design or prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle, or similar)
  • Exposure to or passion for design systems and component libraries.
  • Polish Language - intermediate level
