Responsibilities (What he/she will do after join UI):
- Drive and implement designs independently with cross-functional teams.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturing to ensure product quality.
- Be responsible for understanding and resolving all reliability concerns for designs. Execute with leadership through all development phases.
- Design for technical depth and innovative ideas. Solve issues associated with the product development path using creativity and smart designs.
Minimum Qualifications (MUST-haves) :
- Above of 5 years experience in Camera product development.
- Strong skill in design capacity with 3D tools. (Preferably Solidworks)
- Experienced in surveillance camera design.
- Understand the lens and image sensor specifications for mechanical structure stacking.
- Experienced in outdoor products design.
- Experience with plastic housing (injection molding, insert molding, double shot, dispensing glue, hot melt, ultrasonic), sheet metal process, CNC process, extrusion and die casting
- Design for technical depth and innovative ideas. Solve issues associated with the product development path using creativity and smart designs.
- Drive and implement designs independently with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves / Plus) :
- Experienced in PTZ camera development
- Basic optical design ability
- Aggressive, open-minded, positive attitude
