Responsibilities
- Experience in environmental stress testing, especially of thermal and reliability systems.
- Understanding of failure, degradation analysis, reliability block diagram, and Bayesian methods.
- Work together with mechanical / thermal engineers for cooler/heatsink design.
- Good English communication skills
- 5years experience or above in Camera Product Quality Planning. (PQP)
- Improve DQA engineering processes and tools to accelerate NPI project development velocity and product quality.
- Ability to generate product-specific test strategy, plans, and execute testing accordingly.
- Ability to track issue manage issues and work with R&D team to improve the issues.
