HR Specialist (fixed term - 1,5y contract)

Responsibilities:
- Managing full cycle recruitment process for IT positions. Including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, providing assessment and reference checks;
- Be accountable for HR processes such as onboarding (ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way) and offboarding (conducting exit interviews to understand reasons for departure);
- Providing assistance and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR processes, policies, and inquiries;
- Managing employment contracts, maintaining employee records, and handling compliance with labor laws. Ensuring accurate time-off and sick leave management;
- Take care of office equipment, supplies, and ensuring employees have everything they need;
- Organize internal events and team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and well-being.
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience in IT industry;
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, attract top talent, and ensure seamless onboarding;
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR administration;
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills, attention to detail with an eagerness to learn and contribute;
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and be a creative problem solver;
- Outstanding communication skills in both Latvian and English.
