Office Administrative Assistant: Full-Time position in our Orange County, California office. 

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good people skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Asana helpful
  • Proofreading background preferred

Responsibilities

  • Proofread documentation and packaging deliverables
  • Input project assignments into Project Management software (Asana)
  • Oversee cleanliness, organization, and safety of office
  • Order all office supplies as well as Ubiquiti products from warehouse
  • Order snacks and beverages on monthly basis
  • Order daily lunch catering for everyone in the office
  • Assist with booking travel for co-workers
  • Take care of all outgoing and incoming mail and shipping
